Regardless of its name ("Black"), the handset is likely to be available in other color variations as LG told Pocket-lint in a recent interview that they are shifting towards customization. While the manufacturer considers smartphones available these days as being "too similar and too masculine", James Choi, marketing strategy and planning director of LG Electronics global said that the company is going "back to a time where specific phones will be targeted at specific audiences".
So, the world's thinnest smartphone at the moment, rocking an exceptionally bright, four-inch, 700 nit NOVA display, will be customizable via inter-changeable back plates. These will also come in white and other colors (pretty much like the Motorola Flipout) so you'll be able to wear your color according to your taste and mood.
