LG Optimus 2X Arrives To Australia Late March, Early April

Launched back in December 2010, the LG Optimus 2X is the world's first dual-core smartphone and is set to arrive to Australia somewhere at the end of Q1, beginning of Q2, according to LG Electronics Australia.

Expected in Europe early 2011, it is already available for preorder but the Australian version is taking its time. According to Nathan Dunn, General Manager of Mobile for LG Electronics Australia, the Android powered dual-core LG Optimus 2X we had our hands-on with -- that records excellent 1080p video by the way -- will be carried exclusively on one or possibly two carriers at a price of around $79 to $99. That is, more than two months from now when it will be available late March, early April..
