It looks like AT&T, as the premier carrier of Windows Phone 7, will soon add the Samsung Cetus to its smartphone lineup. Thanks to specs listed by the Bluetooth SIG, we do know some details about Samsung's offering, with a model number of SGH-i917--model numbers ending in a "7" are usually AT&T-bound.
The specs listed by the Bluetooth SIG for the Cetus include:

-5 megapixel camera

-Bluetooth
-FM Radio
-Front-facing camera
We'll have to see if Samsung will bless its Windows Phone 7 offering with the same Super AMOLED touchscreen that's found on the company's Android Galaxy S models.
