Everybody's seen all of those ATT commercials where they're bragging about having the fastest 3G network around. Then you've got Sprint bragging about the first 4G network which is supposed to be really fast too. Well, ATT recently announced that they've completely upgraded their 3G network in New York City. So, CNET took a little tour around New York with devices from ATT, Verizon, Sprint, and T-Mobile in order to test out the real speeds.
